There is no feminism – just feminisms! In this episode we look at cultural specifics, global alliances, and relationships between feminisms on this planet. Riddhima and Victoria introduce us to their research in India and Argentina.

Victoria Seca is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council – Argentina, based at the Institute of Human, Social and Environmental Sciences in Mendoza (INCIHUSA-CONICET). She holds a BA in sociology and a PhD in social sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina, specialising in public policies for equality (CLACSO). Her research focuses on the sociology of youth and feminist studies, particularly the experiences of collective action. She teaches at higher education level and is a member of several research teams on youth and political, cultural and student participation.
Riddhima Sharma is a doctoral candidate at Bowling Green State University and the founder of a digital feminist platform, FemPositive. She previously taught courses on gender, law, and public policy at the Research Centre for Women’s Studies, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, and led numerous workshops on gender, digital media, gender-based violence, and law in India. Presently, her research lies at the intersections of digital media, feminisms, and critical feminist pedagogy in India.
